Newsletter for Saturday 19th Dec 09

Hi guys,

This is our last newsletter for 2009! Thanks to all that have joined the society, helped run it and came to meetings, it’s been a real blast.

Next Semester!

Next semester we hope to be even better, and so far the plan is to meet up twice a week for four hours and have some tournaments going (Like the Brawl and Beer tournament) every week!

We need input on this though, so please check the forum and VOTE HERE on the meeting format for 2010.

Society Committee Meeting!

We’ll be having our first proper committee meeting for the society on Friday the 22nd January in the afternoon to discuss the future of the society, events, and what has worked/not worked so far, including the future format.

All paid members are welcome to come along and put their views forward. We’ll email and confirm the details when the semester starts.

Next Society Meeting!

Until we start the new meeting format, we’ll be back as normal on Friday 15th January in the SU Training Room at 4pm!
