These are the current people in charge of the society:
President:

Usually Plays: On the 360, Aion & Star Trek Online.
Roles: Society president, comes up with and organises event ideas, sends out spammy emails and is also an administrator on the forum.
Secretary:

Usually Plays: On the PS3!
Roles: Keeps a record of forum minutes and helps with room bookings.
Treasurer:

Roles: Keeps track of society expenditure.
Technical Assistant:

Roles: Sets up the consoles and arranges tournaments and LAN's. Also an administrator on the forum.

Roles: Recording events & games as well as managing & advertising our YouTube channel.
Committee Meetings
After every meeting each week on a Friday, we're happy to get together for a few drinks at Reds to discuss ideas related to the society, and that is where YOU can have a say in how the society is run.
We're always happy to hear suggestions and ideas for improvements, which you can discuss with us, email us, or even just post on the forum.
Every term we'll have at least one committee meeting to discuss the future activities and direction of the society, as well as any issues raised. Members are free to tag along to those as well and chip in with their input!
Annual General Meeting
At the end of every year, societies also have to have a AGM to decide who runs the society. This is especially important if the current committee members go away on placement, as someone has to keep the society running.
Committee members are elected by the society members, and anyone can put their name forward. The only rule is that you must be a paid member of the society.
There will be more on AGM's when the time comes.
