Where?

The Training Room can be found on the second floor of the Students Union, through the double doors which leads to the Activities Centre.

After every Friday meeting each week, we're happy to get together for a few drinks at Reds to discuss ideas related to the society, and that is where YOU can have a say in how the society is run.

Sometimes we also go out for food. Previous weeks have included Burger King, Subway, Chinese Buffet, whatever the group feels like at the time!

Since we hold our Monday tournaments in Red's, members can buy drinks and pizza whilst playing games, which makes it a lot of fun all round.

Format:

Monday nights are gaming tournaments usually focusing on a single game. Come along on the night and we'll sort you in to a tournament bracket and play either free-for-all or teams. Some nights we'll have a competition to win a £20 GAME gift voucher. We'll also have casual pub nights to relax with games like Rock Band.

Friday is for casual game playing where we have different themed gaming sessions each week and play a variety of games. We'll have either a mini-tournament or 'winner stays on' style session. Members are encouraged to bring their own handheld consoles to play whilst waiting to play.

Members are free to come to which ever tournament or themed night they are interested in, or all of them!

Other events, such as parties with multiple consoles, or LANS, will be announced as separate events!

• Thursday 10th Dec: Christmas Party in Domain at 7pm!
• Friday 11th Dec: Wii Night (Mario Kart, Smash Brothers Brawl)
• Monday 14th Dec: Beer & Brawl Tournament in Red's at 7:10pm!
• Friday 18th Dec: Last day of term TBC!
