Privacy Policy
When registering to the CreativeGamers Forum/Site, no personal information is stored unless the user wishes to share this information with other members voluntarily. Browser information may be gathered for statistical purposes, but such information shall never be passed on to any third party. IP addresses are viewable by Administrators and Moderators for security purposes only.
Any private forum function (Private Messaging, Private Journal Entries etc) can only be viewed by yourself, and not by any other member, including Administrators, unless otherwise specified.
Passwords can only be seen by yourself. If you lose/forget your password, you can have it emailed to you or you can email an Administrator to set a new password for you. Email addresses are private, unless changed in your User Control Panel under Options.
Legal Note
The content of CreativeGamers is written by its members for its members. Any original article or creative work posted by the user is therefore owned in their name, and cannot be taken or modified by another user unless permission has be gained. Every member of the CreativeGamers Forum and site has the right to post without discrimination and violation. Anyone caught plagiarising another's work without permission, either on the CreativeGamers site or from an external source, is liable to be banned from the forum. The CreativeGamers site does not claim originally submitted work as its own, unless created by the Administration.

Your Rights
Every member of CreativeGamers has the right to post without prejudice. Within accordance to our message board rules, flaming and harassment will not be tolerated. Although the CreativeGamers staff do strive to be as fair as possible in regards to their members, those breaching the peace are liable to be banned with a warning. Bots, or similar spam nuisances will have their account promptly deleted or banned, along with any ongoing trouble makers. If you think you have been unfairly banned, then getting in touch with a Administrator will highlight the issue.
